It’s Abu Dhabi’s turn to welcome over 25,000 athletes from around the world
Inspired by the World Masters Games, often described as the Olympics for athletes over 30, the Open Masters Games goes even further.
The Open Masters Game sports program features over 33 disciplines, including football, athletics, swimming, cycling, padel, volleyball, and basketball, alongside traditional Emirati sports such as camel racing, falconry, dhow sailing, and heritage diving. Women-only competitions in athletics, volleyball, basketball, padel, and 7-a-side football further highlight the event’s inclusive approach.
