HYROX Abu Dhabi is returning to ADNEC Abu Dhabi this October, bringing athletes together for a demanding test of strength, endurance and functional fitness.
The event will open with an exclusive Women’s Only Race Day on 23 October, welcoming female only athletes and spectators to experience the HYROX format.
Across the weekend, competitors of different fitness levels will take on the race floor, combining intense workout stations with running segments.
