If Travis Scott and Lil Uzi Vert weren’t enough, the motherload of talent is on its way to get Abu Dhabi grooving!
You know what’s not going to be missing in action this March? A banging time!
British rapper M.I.A. is the latest addition to the superb lineup set to descend on the capital for the Abu Dhabi edition of one of the UK’s biggest urban music festivals, Wireless.
Ready to have Etihad Park, Yas Island losing it over some sick beats on 11 March, the global superstar will be joining a growing list of sensational musical acts that includes Travis Scott, Lil UziVert, Wegz, Black Sherif, Ali Gatie, King, Divine, and Young Stunners.
Bursting on the scene in 2007 like a true ‘Paper Plane’, the London-born female icon will be bringing her unique lyrical genius with her as she lights up the stage of this unrivalled music festival.
The multi-award-winning artist, who has collaborated with the likes of Jay-Z, Kanye West, Pharrell, and Lil Wayne throughout her illustrious career, will be performing an array of her smash-hits including ‘Bad Girls’, ‘Borders’, ‘XXXO’ and also ‘Babylon’, ‘The One’ and more of her most recent album.
British rap culture line-ups wouldn’t be complete without K-Trap. Well-known globally for his prominence in the UK drill scene, the rapper will be bringing another element of swag to the stage. Revered for his unorthodox flow, finesse and mystery which all remain at the heart of his artistry and sound, K-Trap will treat his loyal fans to his range of rap hits including ‘Big Mood’, ‘Off White’ and ‘Warm’.
Adding to the already thrilling line-up is another iconic female American rapper, songwriter, and singer, Raja Kumari! Bringing her powerful vocals to Wireless, she’s best known for her collaboration with notable artists including Gwen Stefani, Iggy Azalea, Fifth Harmony, KnifeParty, and Fall Out Boy to name a few.
Fans of the Californian-born artist can expect to be treated to her extensive array of widely praised singles including ‘N.R.I.’, ‘City Slums’, ‘Shook’, ‘Roots’, and much more.
To top off the recent additions to this unmissable festival, $kinny, Dizzytooskinny, Dafencii, and Casa Vince have all also joined the lineup to bolster this already star-studded selection of musical virtuosos. Completing the festival of musical mastery, festivalgoers will be treated to sounds by DJ Nico, and DJ Liutik, to top off all the excitement.
