Showcasing Nicolas Isnard’s artistry inspired by his global travels

Ooh la la! There’s a new French restaurant in town and it is located at the luxurious Shangri-La Qaryat Al Beri, Abu Dhabi.

Bord Eau by Nicolas Isnard, introduced through the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi’s Culinary Investment Fund, is nothing less than a gastronomic venture by Michelin-starred chef Nicolas Isnard.

The launch of this gastronomic delight marks his first international restaurant venture outside of France, although his culinary prowess has previously been displayed in Abu Dhabi through sold-out pop-up events such as the Culinary Master Series.

Born in the south of France, Chef Isnard started his gastronomic journey at a young age, honing his skills in renowned establishments such as Le Prieuré, Le Vieux Logis, and Auberge du Vieux Puits.

His talent led him to attain his Michelin star within a year of co-opening the esteemed restaurant L’Auberge de la Charme in 2009.

With ‘Bord Eau by Nicolas Isnard’ another gem to the city’s diverse and flourishing culinary scene, further enhancing Abu Dhabi’s dining experience.
