Abu Dhabi Summer Sports (ADSS) is back for its fourth and biggest edition yet, running daily from 5 June to 21 August at ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi.
This is the largest indoor summer sports event in the region—and this year, it’s larger, cooler, and more action-packed than ever before.
Spanning a staggering 37,500 square metres of fully air-conditioned indoor space, ADSS transforms the heart of the capital into a fitness haven where athletes, families, and casual players alike can beat the heat while staying active.

Whether you’re looking for high-energy competition, family-friendly fun, or some wellness downtime, ADSS 2025 delivers it all under one roof.
This year sees a number of exciting new additions and upgrades:
The indoor running track now features four lanes over 1.2 kilometres, doubling its previous size.
A record 52 courts and activity zones await, covering football, basketball, padel, tennis, volleyball, badminton, table tennis, and even chess; all built to international standards.
The brand-new Club Zone introduces combat and strength-based sports like Muay Thai, boxing, judo, archery, and weightlifting, alongside CrossFit and gym areas for training at your own pace.

Families can enjoy creative kids’ zones, summer camps, and interactive play areas, while a full programme of 50+ community events, wellness activities (think yoga and meditation), clinics, classes, and competitions keeps the energy flowing all summer long.
Fitness fanatics, get set for 19 July as the globally renowned HYROX indoor fitness race makes its Abu Dhabi debut, bringing a world-class test of strength and endurance to the capital.
When it’s time to recover, the Wellness Zone offers a calming space to stretch, relax, and recharge after the action.
