A one-of-a-kind event in the region that encourages a healthy routine through sports and exercise
Abu Dhabi Summer Sports 2026 is an indoor event held at the ADNEC Centre in Abu Dhabi. This event is designed to encourage residents and visitors alike to be active and maintain an active lifestyle even in during the hot summer months.
In collaboration with Abu Dhabi Sports Council and ADNEC Group, this is considered as the largest indoor summer sports event in the Middle East.
ADNEC Centre is transformed into a sports complex that has dozens of courts, tracks and sport areas.
People of all ages and fitness levels can take part in activities like football, basketball, padel tennis, badminton, and more. There are also fitness zones and activities like yoga and meditation as well. This sports event is well suited not just for the sporty individuals but is also welcoming to families and groups, even without a professional level of fitness.
ADSS also promotes community programmes, summer camps suitable for children, and family entertainment zones that engages teamwork and social skills.
