What is happening at the Ramadan Arcade this year?

One of the main attractions of the event is Game On!, which features everything from tabletops to PlayStation, VR, and classic arcades. Ramadan Arcade is partnering with Abu Dhabi’s gaming hub, Pixoul Gaming, to bring you the best of gaming! Tournaments to take part in include Hokm, Carom, and FIFA, so get your game face on.

And there’s more in store for gamers with several exciting new games developed and designed in Abu Dhabi being showcased at the event, bringing that Emirati touch to the event. Visitors can also indulge in activities such as henna painting, calligraphy, and storytelling sessions.

On the live entertainment front, there are also daily instrumental performances, including a Ramadan Concert by Bait Al Oud and a Malid performance.

Another unmissable performance at the Ramadan Arcade is titled ‘Majeediyat’, featuring a series of instrumental reinterpretations of Abdul Majeed Abdallah’s renewed songs directed by Rowdha Al Sayegh along with musician and Qanun player Odai Al-Suliman. Popular Arab comedians will add humour to the event during a comedy night hosted by 808 Entertainment, featuring comedians Mina Liccione, Ali Al Sayed and Abz Ali.

The interactive pop-ups are also a must-visit, with a selection of photography booths, artist studios and even a twist on the classic Ramadan trivia shows.

Workshops at Bait Al Gahwa, meanwhile, is where you can try your hand making the popular Arabic coffee using a variety of ingredients.
