For less than AED 1000, you can now book your dream trip from Abu Dhabi to Male.

Planning that dream trip to the Maldives but hesitant to burn a hole in your pocket? Wizz Air is here to solve that problem and how!

Effective 4 October, the Emirati scheduled low-cost airline announced its first flight from Abu Dhabi to Male, Maldives.

Operating four times per week in October, you can catch a flight every Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday. And it only gets better from here! The flights are scheduled to increase to six times per week in November, with daily operations from December. Talk about winter plans being sorted.

With the flights on sale now, one-way fares are priced from AED 319. According to a report by What’s On, the airline has one of the youngest fleets in the air. As of now, they have four state-of-the-art Airbus A321 neo planes, offering low fuel burns, low emissions and low noise. Now here’s the best of both aspirational and sustainable worlds.

Since its inception in December 2019, Wizz Air Abu Dhabi has offered the capital’s residents a low-cost option to multiple destinations. The airline is a joint venture with state-owned ADQ.

Additionally, Wizz Air also announced a daily flight option to Kuwait. While the route will be operational from 30 October, the tickets on sale right now start from as little as AED 99.

It’s a good time to indulge in that wanderlust!
