Air Arabia has launched new direct flights between Sharjah and Bangkok, adding to the low-cost carrier’s list of amazing destinations.

The new daily flights will start 30 June, departing from Sharjah International Airport at 10.25pm for the nearly eight-hour journey to Suvarnabhumi International Airport in Thailand’s capital city. Flights to Sharjah depart from 9am, Thailand time.

Apart from the daily Bangkok flights, Air Arabia also recently launched its first flights to Kolkata, India, operating three times a week from Abu Dhabi International Airport.

“We look forward to the start of operations and we are confident that this new route will further contribute to the trade and tourism ties between both countries while providing our customer base with the opportunity to travel direct between both cities,” said Adel Al Ali, Group Chief Executive Officer of Air Arabia.

Bangkok, the largest city in Thailand, is known for its vibrant street life, cultural and historical landmarks.
