With only 10 days to go until the inaugural Open Fire Food Festival by Steve Harvey, the event announced its partnership with International Centre for Culinary Arts (ICCA) by hosting a special day of cookery-themed activities featuring professional chefs and ICCA students in Abu Dhabi.

In anticipation of the inaugural Open Fire Food Festival by Steve Harvey, set to blaze at Yas Marina Circuit on 24 to 25 February, a sizzling partnership with the International Centre for Culinary Arts (ICCA) has been unveiled.

Hosted by MELT Middle East, this fiery feast boasts a stellar lineup including barbecue legends Melissa Cookston, Moe Cason, and Steven Raichlen.

Celebrating the collaboration, UAE Barbecue Champion Fred ‘Smoking Beards’ Casagrande and the youngest Emirati chef, Aysha Al Obeidli, showcased their skills alongside ICCA’s aspiring chefs.

Festival-goers can expect mouthwatering creations from these talents at the event. Steve Harvey expressed excitement about elevating Abu Dhabi’s culinary scene, emphasising the unique blend of diversity and hospitality.
