Where can we live on Saadiyat Island?
Saadiyat Island is divided into seven districts; Saadiyat Cultural District, Saadiyat Marina District, Saadiyat Beach, Saadiyat Promenade, Saadiyat Reserve, Saadiyat Retreat and Saadiyat Lagoons.
Undoubtedly, one of the most popular parts of the island is the Saadiyat Cultural District featuring luxurious residential communities like Mamsha Al Saadiyat and Nudra. Mamsha Al Saadiyat by Aldar Properties is a waterfront residence offering a variety of luxurious apartments, loft-style penthouses and townhouses.
Nudra by IMKAN Properties offers six-bedroom standalone villas and residential plots for sale. Another Aldar project to keep an eye out for is Saadiyat Grove, a mixed-use development in the region spanning a 45,000 sqm space consisting of living, retail, business and leisure facilities.

When it comes to shopping for groceries and other daily essentials, there are plenty of options on Saadiyat Island including a Saadiyat To Go Supermarket, Lulu Express, Carrefour Market, Spinneys Saadiyat, Leen Express LLC and more! The island is perfectly catered to those who love exploring around while on walks and with supermarkets aplenty, you can get two things done in one outing!
While there aren’t any malls per se on the island, Yas Mall is not too far at just a 20-minute distance. Closer, you’ll also find Abu Dhabi Mall and Reem Mall merely 16 minutes away.

Is there public transport on Saadiyat Island?
Public transport including RTA public buses and taxis are available in the area regularly. There are multiple bus stops, including Al Jouri and Shati Al Saadiyat bus stops. As for personal driving and car lifts, the residential areas have parking spaces, and apps are available for a car lift 24/7.
