The beloved Italian culinary destination has just announced their new opening in Al Zeina
‘The wait is over Al Zeina, we have arrived’
This is music (or pizzas) to our ears as Simone Federici, the owner of the famed Antonia on Mamsha Saadiyat, announced the new opening at its second home in Abu Dhabi’s Al Zeina district.
The brainchild of head chef and owner, Simone Federici, the venue (named after his grandma) serves up delicious flavours of Rome sprinkled with Nonna’s love and with palates that are partial to a slice a pizza.

On the menu in the Mamsha is, among many others, hot and cold classic pizza whose dough has been fermented for no less than 72 hours in a rotation system.
Such is the time it takes for the fermentation process, should the dough run out, then so do the pizzas.
And we’re sure that you can expect more of the same in Al Zeina.
