The Harry Potter™ Film Concert Series is making its magical return to Abu Dhabi.
Following a hugely successful debut in the capital in 2025, the official concert experience is back in February 2027, and this time it’s bigger than ever.
For the first time in the UAE, fans will be treated to a double-feature concert weekend, with Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban™ in Concert taking place on 5 February, followed by Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire™ in Concert on 6 February.
Rather than simply watching the films on the big screen, audiences will experience every magical moment accompanied by the UAE National Orchestra, performing the iconic scores live in perfect sync with the action.
The films will be shown in high-definition on a spectacular 40-foot screen while the orchestra recreates every spellbinding note, transforming Hogwarts into an unforgettable live concert experience.
Whether you’re a lifelong Potterhead or introducing the wizarding world to a new generation, it’s one of the most immersive ways to revisit two of the franchise’s most beloved chapters.
The weekend begins with Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban™, where Harry, Ron and Hermione return to Hogwarts only to find themselves surrounded by escaped prisoner Sirius Black, terrifying Dementors and secrets that change everything they thought they knew.
The film’s mesmerising soundtrack, composed by John Williams, earned an Academy Award nomination and remains one of the most celebrated scores in the entire series.
The following evening brings Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire™, as Harry is unexpectedly chosen to compete in the dangerous Triwizard Tournament.
From battling dragons to underwater challenges and an enchanted maze, the film marks the darker turn of the wizarding world, perfectly matched by Patrick Doyle’s award-winning orchestral score.
Created by Warner Bros. Discovery Global Experiences and CineConcerts, the Harry Potter™ Film Concert Series is the only official global concert tour celebrating the beloved films.
Since launching with Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone™ in Concert in 2016, the series has welcomed more than 4.5 million fans across 48 countries, with over 3,000 performances worldwide.
The tour also forms part of the global 25 Years of Magic celebrations honouring one of cinema’s most beloved franchises.
After last year’s sell-out performances in Abu Dhabi, organisers are promising an even bigger experience for the return.
