A culinary affair at Shang Palace
29-30 September
Savour precious moments with loved ones through a carefully curated culinary affair at the Michelin Guide-listed Chinese restaurant, Shang Palace.
Enjoy the Lantern and Moon celebrations with a special five-course dinner featuring a menu carefully hand-selected by Chinese Master Chef Qiguo Su. To be hosted on 29 and 30 September, the dinner will feature ‘Signature Dim Sums,’ ‘Traditional Guangdong Boiled Chicken in Ginger Sauce,’ and ‘Steamed Sea Bass with Pickled Chili’ amongst other delicacies.
Alternatively, you can enjoy the acclaimed Peking Social Brunch, featuring a lavish spread especially curated for the festival. From ‘Roasted Duck with Leek and Cucumber’ to ‘Wok Fried Black Pepper Beef’ and from ‘Steam Crab Shumai’ to ‘Chicken Hor Fun,’ and so much more, guests will be spoilt for choice.
Gongfu Tea Ceremony

The pouring of tea is a skilled art at Shang Palace, and one you can enjoy during this festival.
Experience the ‘Gongfu Tea Ceremony’, a tradition that dates back thousands of years, during the festive dinners as well as brunch whilst enjoying your meal. Tea Master Liu Ping performs this ceremony with flare enthralling guests, making it an unforgettable moment.
