Abu Dhabi to host the International Association of Women Police Annual Training Conference

The 62nd conference is coming to Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre from 20-23 October 2025

Amidst several things, women empowerment is at the forefront of Abu Dhabi’s radar. And the latest step in that direction is hosting the 62nd International Association of Women Police (IAWP) Annual Training Conference.

Scheduled for 20-23 October 2025, it will take place at Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC). The conference is slated to attract more than 3,000 participants, including 50 speakers from 120 countries.

The conference’s agenda will include workshops, panel discussions, a military march for the policewomen and youth activities. On the sidelines of the event, an exhibition will bring together associations, companies, academic institutions, health centres and leaders concerned with policewomen worldwide.

Aiming at supporting and empowering policewomen in the UAE to realise their professional goals, the event will allow them an opportunity to learn about the best practices and experiences of leading policewomen from all over the world, in sectors of security, social and technology.

The conference also will help Abu Dhabi Police achieve its goals of investing in talent and human capital, as well as enhancing the quality of the workplace environment. Highlighting the capabilities of policewomen in maintaining security and peace in the UAE, the achievement of National policewomen will be presented and shared with international delegations.
