Villa Toscana invites guests on an Italian journey with the Lasagna Festival, showcasing Chef Vittorio’s curated menu from five regions of the country.
Choose one of the five region-specific lasagna or opt for the tasting menu featuring three varieties. The Original lasagna, dating back to the 13th century, hails from Napoli in the Campania region, representing southern Italy.
Emilia Romagna takes centre stage for its lasagne tradition, known for homemade pasta. Explore diverse flavours from Liguria and Emilia Romagna, Tuscany and Lazio, Campania, Calabria and Sicily, offering a unique taste of Italy in each layered delight.

Revel in a gastronomic journey at the al fresco setting as the M. Chapoutier brand ambassador unveils a selection of five exquisite grapes, perfectly complemented by five curated dishes.
Serenaded by live music, guests can enjoy a welcome reception on the event lawn, featuring canapés paired with rose grape – a perfect prelude to a casual meet-and-greet with the grape ambassador.
As the night unfolds, the culinary experience sets off with a four-course menu, each course expertly paired with a selected grape. Delight in sushi, fish, meat, and dessert while the ambassador shares detailed insights into the nuances of each grape and its perfect culinary match.
An evening of fine food, amazing grapes, and live music awaits, promising an unforgettable al fresco dining experience under the stars.
