Another road closure to keep an eye out for! In working towards bettering the roads, drivers in Abu Dhabi are being advised of a partial road closure, that may lead to delays in journey times.

The closure comes into effect at 11pm on Wednesday, 7 August on Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Street heading towards Abu Dhabi, starting from the E12, Al Shahama intersection.
Spanning across the first three lanes, the closure could affect those heading to Zayed International Airport.

Drivers are encouraged to plan their journeys in advance and consider alternative routes to ensure a smoother travel experience.
As usual, one can expect detours and reroutes to be provided if needed, as well as temporary signs put up on the sides of the road to mark updated speed limits. The authority has urged motorists to drive cautiously and to abide by traffic rules and regulations.
