The creator of The Life Tour will lead the entertainment programme at The Escapement
American comedian Andrew Schulz is bringing his razor-sharp stand-up to the UAE later in the year, with a one-night-only performance at Etihad Arena on Saturday, 21 November.
The hugely popular comic, podcaster and creator of The Life Tour will headline the entertainment programme at The Escapement, a brand-new three-day event celebrating the worlds of watchmaking, design and culture.
Known for his fearless crowd work and unfiltered takes on modern life, Schulz has built a global following through sold-out tours, Netflix specials and his hit Flagrant podcast.
His Abu Dhabi performance promises an evening packed with the observational humour and quick-fire improvisation that have made him one of comedy’s biggest names.
Tickets for the show are now available as part of The Escapement’s event packages, with early bird access currently on sale.
Schulz’s appearance forms part of a wider entertainment line-up that aims to give visitors far more than a traditional exhibition experience.
While the comedian tops the bill on Saturday evening, organisers have also confirmed a headline concert and a programme of cultural experiences running throughout the weekend.

What is The Escapement?
Taking place from 20 to 22 November 2026 at Etihad Arena, The Escapement is being billed as the world’s first collector-led global horology platform.
Designed by collectors for collectors, the three-day experience puts storytelling, craftsmanship and community at its heart, bringing together watchmakers, collectors, industry leaders and newcomers in an immersive environment.
Visitors can explore exclusive brand activations, attend collector-led discussions, join masterclasses and workshops, discover new launches and experience Abu Dhabi-first unveilings from some of the world’s leading watch brands.
The weekend opens with an exclusive VIP Gala before expanding into a packed programme of exhibitions, talks and interactive experiences, with comedy and live music adding a unique cultural dimension.
