Topgolf is bringing its crowd-favourite and high-tech golf experience to Abu Dhabi in 2026
Get your swing ready, Abu Dhabi, Yas Island is about to tee off something big.
Miral has officially announced that Topgolf is coming to Yas Island, and if the runaway success of its Dubai venue is anything to go by, this is one opening that’s going to be a hole-in-one.
Currently under construction and already 28 per cent complete, Topgolf Yas Island, Abu Dhabi is on track to open in 2026, adding another crowd-pulling attraction to the capital’s entertainment playground.
Developed by Miral in partnership with Viya, Topgolf’s authorised franchise partner, the new venue promises the same high-energy, come-as-you-are vibe that has made Topgolf Dubai one of the UAE’s most popular social hangouts.
Since opening five years ago, the Dubai branch has welcomed more than 2.7 million guests, clocked 85 million swings, and scooped 29 industry awards, proving that you don’t need a perfect handicap to have a great time.
So, what’s in store for Yas Island? Quite a lot, actually.
The venue will span around 6,500 sqm of indoor space, paired with a massive 19,000 sqm outfield driving range powered by TopTracer ball-tracking technology.
There’ll be 82 climate-controlled hitting bays, including eight VIP bays, meaning everyone from seasoned golfers to first-timers can step up and take a swing.

Designed as a three-level entertainment complex, Topgolf Yas Island will blend sport, food, and fun seamlessly.
Expect a VR hitting bay, practice and training areas, lounge spaces, an event lawn, and a fully stocked Pro Shop on the ground floor.
Head upstairs and you’ll find dining venues, a sports and sky lounge with outdoor terraces, an arcade zone, and flexible event spaces that can shift gears from casual hangs to big celebrations.
For Miral, the project reinforces Yas Island’s status as a world-class leisure destination, joining the likes of Ferrari World, Warner Bros. World™, SeaWorld®, Yas Waterworld, CLYMB™, and Yas Marina.
For visitors, it means another reason to stay out late, laugh louder, and maybe discover a hidden talent for smashing golf balls into the night sky.
