This helpful initiative takes place at Mushrif Mall
Motorists in Abu Dhabi have a new, hassle-free way to sort out their traffic records, thanks to an initiative by Abu Dhabi Police popping up in a familiar setting.
For one month, a dedicated service platform will be set up inside Mushrif Mall, giving drivers the chance to review and reduce black points on their licences without the usual back-and-forth.
Running from 20 April to 20 May, 2026, the stand will be open daily from 4pm to 10pm, perfect timing for anyone stopping by after work or during an evening shopping trip.
The idea is simple: make things easier and more accessible. Instead of navigating multiple channels, motorists can walk in, get clarity on their driving record, and take steps to reduce black points in line with the approved process.

On top of that, there’s also an opportunity to get practical advice on safer driving habits, making it more than just a quick admin stop.
It’s part of a broader push to connect with the community in a more direct way, while encouraging better awareness of traffic rules and responsible behaviour on the road.
If you’ve been meaning to check your record or clear up a few points, this is probably the easiest way to get it done.
So, now’s the time to head to Mushrif Mall and sign up.
