Drivers be aware!
There are a number of road closures and partial road closures across Abu Dhabi and Al Ain, with some closed all the way to August 2024
AD Mobility, former Integrated Traffic Centre, has been busy on its social media account highlighting several road closures in Abu Dhabi, some of which closed on Saturday and could remain closed until August.
Over in Al Ain, there is a partial road closure affecting the right lanes in both directions of Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Street.
The partial closure of both lanes went into effect at midday on Saturday 1 June and will remain affected until 5.30am on Monday 10 June.

Staying in Al Ain, AD Mobility has announced that Al Taf Road, or the E16, will remain closed until Thursday 1 August 2024. The closure of the road went into effect on 1 June.
Traffic diversions will be in force during this period.

In Abu Dhabi, partial road closures are affecting right lanes in both directions on Sheikh Rashid bin Saeed Street.
The closure went into effect on Saturday 1 June and the good news is that the road will reopen on 3 June.

Over in Raha in the direction of Abu Dhabi, there will be partial road closures on the Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Road (E10) every weekend until August 2024.

The authorities are urging motorists to take when navigating these areas and to allow more time for their journeys.
