Venturing on a sun-kissed voyage, the dinner commences with the delightful “Time to Bloom like a Sunflower,” featuring apricot, yellow corn-fed chicken, sweet corn, and calendula.
Following this, guests can dive into the “Live by the Sun,” boasting a blend of clementine veil, peach, crystal crab lump, and yellow pianola dressing, while “Bring your Own Sunshine” presents a tantalizing array of sake tamago, maki roll, mango crab roll, yellowtail nigiri, and yuzu tobiko.
