The iconic Octagon returns to Etihad Arena on 24 October
Abu Dhabi is getting ready to welcome the UFC once again, with UFC 333 officially confirmed for Saturday, 24 October at Etihad Arena on Yas Island.
And this time, there’s already plenty to get excited about. UFC featherweight champion Alexander Volkanovski will headline the night against undefeated No. 1-ranked contender Movsar Evloev.
Also, the co-main event will see UFC bantamweight champion Petr Yan put his title on the line against No. 1 contender Merab Dvalishvili.
The announcement comes as the capital prepares for another edition of Abu Dhabi Showdown Week, which will bring a packed line-up of UFC-related events, fan experiences and activities to Yas Island around fight night.
The week has become a festival for MMA fans, with opportunities to attend athlete appearances, public workouts, fan zones and exclusive experiences across Yas Island in the lead-up to the main event.
