PASS Abu Dhabi to represent the UAE at the World Youth Cup

This is an incredible accolade for the UAE’s youth

It’s a goal!

PASS Abu Dhabi, said to be the UAE’s number one community sports programme in the UAE, is heading to the Gothia Cup, the world’s biggest youth tournament that’ll take place in in Gothenburg, Sweden.

Two teams from PASS Abu Dhabi will represent the UAE at the opening ceremony on Monday, 17 July, when the first two matches will be played.

The tournament will see over 1,800 teams, with PASS Abu Dhabi being selected to walk out into the stadium during the opening ceremony and flying the flag of the UAE in front of more than 40,000 people.

On the Pass Abu Dhabi IG account, Seth Amoafo, Director of PASS Abu Dhabi, said how “it is an honour for our young players participating in this year’s Gothia Cup tournament. What an honour for PASS Abu Dhabi to be selected to represent the UAE.”

The Gothia Cup will see 71 nations taking part in the tournament, with a massive 4,896 matches.

Let’s big it up for Abu Dhabi youth taking part in this amazing tournament.
