The wait is almost over for fitness fans, with HYROX Abu Dhabi set to return to the UAE capital from 23 to 25 October.
The high-energy fitness competition will once again bring together athletes from across the region, as participants take on a demanding combination of strength, endurance and functional fitness challenges.
Taking place in the heart of Abu Dhabi, the three-day event will see competitors put months of training to the test as they work their way through the HYROX race floor.
From the opening station to the final sprint towards the finish line, athletes will be challenged to push their limits while racing alongside a passionate international fitness community.
The return of HYROX will also give Abu Dhabi’s growing fitness community the chance to experience the atmosphere that has made the competition a global phenomenon.
One of the highlights of this year’s event will be an exclusive Women’s Only Race Day on Friday, 23 October.
The dedicated day will be open exclusively to female athletes and spectators, creating a space for women to compete, support one another and experience the HYROX format together.
The event will continue across the weekend, with athletes of different fitness levels coming together to take on the challenge.

Whether participants have been training specifically for HYROX or are looking for a new test of strength and stamina, the Abu Dhabi event will offer an opportunity to step onto the race floor and see how far their preparation can take them.
