
The world’s first dedicated grappling championship hits the mats in Al Ain

The inaugural Abu Dhabi Grappling World Championship is set to debut at ADNEC Centre Al Ain from 1-3 August, bringing together hundreds of male and female athletes from over 20 countries.
Organised by International Vision Sports Management (IVSM) in partnership with the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi, the event is the first of its kind globally, highlighting the UAE’s growing role as a hub for elite grappling and martial arts competitions.
Expect three action-packed days of youth, amateur, master, and pro-level grappling across multiple age divisions; plus serious ranking points, cash prizes, and high-stakes finals.
