Zayed National Museum is turning evenings into something truly magical this Ramadan in Abu Dhabi, with its first-ever public programme, Ramadan Nights at Zayed National Museum.
Kicking off on the first day of Ramadan, the museum is opening its doors from 10 am to 10 pm, while Al Masar Garden stays open until midnight, making it the perfect spot for a night out steeped in culture, heritage, and family-friendly fun.
Running until the 20th day of Ramadan, Ramadan Nights invites visitors to explore the museum in a whole new light.
From 8.30 pm to midnight, the museum’s halls, gardens, and outdoor spaces come alive with cultural activations led by talented Emirati artists.

Think live performances, immersive storytelling, curated film screenings, and hands-on workshops, all designed to reflect the traditions, values, and spirit of the Holy Month.
Visitors of all ages can enjoy enchanting experiences such as Shadow Show: When the Moon Appears, Grandfather’s Majlis, storytelling inspired by the Blue Qur’an, as well as Moon Sighting and Stargazing in Al Masar Garden.
Traditional games, interactive workshops, and heritage-inspired activities ensure there’s something for everyone, whether you’re visiting with family, friends, or even on your own.
Foodies will be delighted too. Al Masar Garden will host a rotating selection of restaurant and café pop-ups, giving visitors the chance to enjoy some tasty treats while enjoying the long evening in the fresh air.
The extended opening hours make it easy to combine museum tours, activations, and culinary delights into one evening out.
Entry is free for museum ticket holders, though some special activations carry a small fee.
