Mahzooz doubles grand prize to AED 20 million, plus AED 1 million guaranteed prize weekly starting this Saturday.
Barely a week after it made an Abu Dhabi resident an instant multimillionaire, UAE’s Mahzooz weekly draw announced it is doubling its grand prize to AED 20 million starting this Saturday, 11 March. There is also a guaranteed prize of AED 1 million every week, the company revealed.
Previously, the draw awarded AED 10 million to the grand prize winner and also offered a guaranteed prize of AED 100,000 to three winners each week.
“Every Saturday, you can now win a bigger top prize of AED 20,000,000 in our weekly draw! We’re also giving away AED 1,000,000 for one lucky winner with our brand-new raffle draw,” the company stated in a social media post.
Mahzooz has produced 32 multimillionaires over the past two years and has awarded more than Dh376 million in prizes to over 228,000 winners in the UAE and from other countries.
A 40-year-old Filipina expat from the UAE capital was the draw’s 32nd multimillionaire. Arlene, a freelance sales promoter who has been living in Abu Dhabi for the past 12 years with her husband, won the grand prize in the February 25 draw.
“I was only hoping to win the AED 100,000, but I was shocked when I saw the email stating I won the AED 10 million grand prize,” the Filipina said.

On 4 March, Mahzooz held its final Super Saturday Grand Draw for the AED 10 million grand prize. There were no grand-prize winners. The draw requires participants to pick five out of 49 numbers. Starting 11 March, Mahzooz will be giving away AED 20 million to the grand prize winner.
Mahzooz also concluded its Fantastic Friday Epic Draw on 3 March, a separate draw that was held every Friday. The draw required participants to choose six numbers out of 39 for a chance to win AED 10 million.
