Effective 7 June, stick to the new speed limits to avoid getting fined
Another day, another speed limit change in the UAE capital!
Starting today, 7 June, the Abu Dhabi Police has announced a new speed limit change on this key road in Abu Dhabi.
If you’re driving on Umm Yafina Street, there’s a changed speed limit from both sides, i.e, Al Reem Island to Sheikh Zayed Road (Al Qurum).
Currently, the speed limit stands at 100 km/h, however, the changes have not been specified on social media as yet.
The authorities said that the speed limit changes are likely to improve traffic flow, road accidents and the safety of road users.
