The new agreement is another welcome boost to the tourism sector
Passengers using Abu Dhabi airports can expect an enhanced customer journey experience as an agreement was recently signed between ADA and the General Administration of Customers to reinforce service levels.
The announcement was made in the presence of Rashed Lahej Al Mansoori, Director-General of the General Administration of Customs, and Elena Sorlini, Managing Director and Interim CEO at Abu Dhabi Airports.

Areas which are expected to be developed are expediting travel procedures, checking baggage and facilitating the movement of passengers and cargo across the airports.
With the imminent opening of the new Midfield Terminal in November this new agreement is another welcome boost to the tourism sector and will make life easier for passengers travelling in and out of the region.
