Nothing says mini holiday like an extended stay at one of the best hotels in Abu Dhabi
If you’re in need for a bit of TLC and relaxation, you need to get yourself to the InterContinental Abu Dhabi Hotel & Residences.
Taking time to switch off can make a real difference to your wellbeing and a staycation offers a simple way to reset without leaving town – whether that means spending time with family, catching up with friends, or just enjoying a slower routine.
And to make that staycation even more appealing, the InterContinental Abu Dhabi Hotel & Residences has just launched a 36-hour package, giving guests the space to unwind at their own pace.
A staycation that works around you
The 36-hour staycation is designed to make the most of your time. With guaranteed 9am check-in and 9am check-out, there’s no need to plan around standard hotel timings.
The package includes breakfast on both arrival and departure days, plus an AED 200 dining credit that can be used across the hotel’s restaurants. Guests also have full access to Bayshore Beach Club throughout their stay.
Rooms start from AED 550, while the Residences offer more space for longer stays, with one-bedroom options from AED 1,000 and two-bedroom apartments from AED 1,600.
Dining that fits every plan
Food is a central part of the staycation experience, with a range of options depending on the mood.
Belgian Cafe offers a casual waterfront setting, while Byblos Sur Mer focuses on Lebanese dishes by the marina. Fishmarket, a long-standing favourite, allows guests to choose their seafood and have it cooked to their preference.
Selections provides all-day dining in a relaxed setting that works well for families. Chamas Churrascaria & Bar has reopened with a mouth-watering churrasco-style experience, featuring 10 cuts served tableside in true rodizio fashion. Guests can currently enjoy the 10-cut experience for AED 220, with the offering evolving from 1 May to a 12-cut selection priced at AED 245.
Over at the Residences, Bistro 81 offers Mediterranean dishes designed for sharing, while Tala Lounge is suited for coffee, light meals, and quieter catch-ups.
Bayshore Beach Club
If a daycation is more your vibe, Bayshore Beach Club is the place you need to head to where a live DJ sets the tone on Saturdays. Giving guests access to both pool and beach in a private setting, the single weekday pass is priced at AED 200 per person and is fully redeemable on food and drinks and for single weekend is at AED 300 per person, with AED 200 food and beverages for guests, effective this 1 May. Guests also receive 30% off massages.
For those looking for regular access at Bayshore Beach Club, a limited-time 50% discount on a one-month membership is available. Membership includes use of the beach and pool, along with discounts on spa treatments and dining.
Spa offers
Spa highlights include a rejuvenating package featuring a 90-minute massage paired with a 30-minute facial or body scrub for AED 550, alongside 30% savings on both 60- and 90-minute massage treatments.
It’s the perfect way to slow down, ease tension, and give yourself a proper reset, whether you’re after deep relaxation or a quick escape from the everyday routine.
Flexible timings, good dining options, and access to leisure facilities without the need to travel far; if this isn’t the perfect excuse to give yourself a break from your routine and enter relaxation mode, we don’t know what is.
