Whether you’re a yoga enthusiast, a wellness seeker, or simply looking for a meaningful break from the daily grind, Wellness Weekend promises something for everyone aged 16 and above.
What to expect
Step into a thoughtfully curated space of empowerment and well-being featuring a variety of wellness sessions, including yoga, mindfulness workshops, Kindermusik, and the ever-popular Mommy and Me yoga – perfect for mothers with babies up to one year old.
Families with little ones won’t be left out either, as Kindermusik sessions welcome children up to five years old.

How to participate
Access to these transformative sessions is granted through a Participation Card, which can be redeemed at the BodyTree Booth located in the mall’s main atrium.
To receive your card, present shopping receipts worth AED 100 or more (from any store within Abu Dhabi Mall, excluding Coop).
Each AED 100 receipt entitles you to two sessions, regardless of how much the receipt exceeds AED 100.
This weekend is more than just a retreat; it’s a celebration of community, health, and womanhood. Don’t miss your chance to reconnect with your body, your breath, and your spirit in a space dedicated to your well-being.
Please note:
Receipts must be dated between 3–14 June 2025
Mall vouchers, digital receipts, invoices, utility bills, and bank transactions are not eligible
Receipts cannot be split across multiple cards
Event guidelines
Arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled session
Participation cards must be presented at the registration desk in the event area
Attendees are kindly requested to wear respectful attire throughout the event
