In celebration of the much-loved northern Italian rice dish that sits in mouthwatering sauces, Villa Toscana invites you this March to discover the gourmet delights of six of Italy’s regions with moreish risotto servings.

Dishing up sumptuous variations of the classical creamy dish, the Risotto Festival will treat the gastronomes of Abu Dhabi to an indulgent menu starring Barolo grape risotto with roasted quail from Piedmont; saffron risotto with Vache Rosse cheese from Lombardy; seafood risotto from Sicily; duck risotto from Tuscany; tomato risotto with burrata and pesto from Campania; and risotto “Cacio e Pepe” style, from Lazio.

Priced at AED 110 per dish, you can experience the risotto delights of Italy from 18 to 27 March from 7pm to 11pm.
