The tantalising menu presents the flawless combination of rich and creamy buffalo mozzarella, otherwise known as ‘fior di latte mozzarella’, and fresh and juicy Italian tomatoes.
Delight in this enticing collection and explore traditional specialities such as corbarino tomato gazpacho soup with burrata cream and basil oil, a sharing-style buffalo mozzarella treccia DOP with heirloom tomatoes, and homemade rigatoni pasta with three different types of tomatoes and stracciatella cheese.
