The capital’s favourite alfresco space The Garden is back at Beach Rotana Abu Dhabi!
PARTNER CONTENT: The weather’s cooling down and Beach Rotana Abu Dhabi’s back with your favourite alfresco spot just in time! The Garden is here with a brand new menu from Brauhaus’ chef promising you a great day out.
The idyllic terrace can be found between seafood restaurant Finz and German bar Brauhaus. Surrounded by greenery, The Garden now has an enhanced seating area making it the perfect spot to soak in views and savour new flavours.
Led by Chef Pedro Kimmig, the new menu has a focus on smoked meats.
Think Oak-Smoked Baby Chicken with romesco sauce, charred corn and hazelnut picada; a cherry wood-smoked Wagyu Burger topped with smoked cheddar, smoked mayo, and pickles; and the applewood-smoked Beef Short Rib.
For those looking for a quick bite over drinks, the small plates menu includes Avocado Spread served with taco chips; Cauliflower popcorn with a truffle dip; and Crisp Calamari. Sharing boards are also available, including a Cheese & Charcuterie board and a BBQ Beef Board with smoked ribs, farm sausage, smoked brisket and smoked marinated beef steak.
Other highlights include the Mango & Avocado Salad, the Mussel Pot and the Stone Baked Flatbread.
An extensive selection of licensed meat dishes is also available, including some mouthwatering tacos, spare ribs and even a rustic styled board! The perfect spot for sundowners with an international drinks menu – The Garden could easily be your post-work haunt.
