Inspired by the world’s most iconic racetracks, this unique dining experience promises a thrilling gastronomic adventure at Garage perfect for foodies and racing enthusiasts. Starting 1 July, experience the perfect blend of five unique culinary hubs, each representing an iconic racetrack worldwide.
All the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix tracks represented
Beginning with Nikkei House, this hub will be transformed into a tribute to the renowned Japanese racetrack – The Suzuka Circuit, blending a harmony of colours, flavours, and aromas.
Authentic dishes at Nikkei House include Salmon Teriyaki Donburi, featuring succulent salmon filets marinated in a sweet and savory teriyaki sauce, served with sticky rice as well as fresh Tuna Tataki accompanied by the vibrant signature Nikkei sauce and a variety of Uramaki Rolls.
Staying true to its roots, the Mezze Bar will be inspired by the hotel’s iconic Abu Dhabi track, offering traditional, flavorful, and aromatic Emirati dishes. Guests can indulge in an Assorted Cold Mezze Platter featuring smooth hummus, smoky baba ghanoush, fresh tabbouleh, and crispy fattoush.
At the Meat Vault, the Circuit of The Americas racetrack is represented with dishes that showcase bold BBQ, smoked and crunchy flavours. Guests can savour a Tex-Mex Platter featuring mouth-watering 18-hour maple wood smoked short ribs, cajun fried chicken perfectly seasoned and fried to golden perfection, and smoked beef chorizo glazed with a secret BBQ sauce.
The Steam Table draws inspiration from the famous Singapore racetrack, – The Marina Bay Circuit, which will offer Nyonya cuisine rich in flavour and influenced by various cultures. Guests will be able to feast on traditional Coconut Noodle Laksa Soup, a reflection of Singapore’s multicultural heritage, blending Chinese, Malay, and Indian influences into a warm, aromatic delight, alongside Singaporean Style Wonton Noodles, featuring tender chicken, crisp pak choy, and delicate wontons, all brought together in the signature Steam House Sauce.
End on a decadently sweet note at Italy’s most beloved racetrack – The Monza Circuit. Taking centre stage at the Iconic Tart Van, indulge in classics such as the crunchy, flaky, and creamy Cannoli, the tropical and fresh Fruttibabba Au Rhum, as well as timeless favourites like Tiramisu and Zuccotto!
