On Tuesday 29 April from 8 pm to 11 pm, the soulful three-piece jazz ensemble, VNTG, will take centre stage, delivering a dynamic live performance in the heart of the city’s most distinguished bar.
A specially curated à la carte menu of signature mixed drinks and bites will accompany the evening. Launching on International Jazz Day, the series will return monthly to celebrate the enduring spirit of jazz at The St. Regis Bar.

Known for their distinctive sound that blends jazz soul with pop flair, VNTG is led by three-time SAMA Award-nominated arranger and composer Rudo Pieterse on upright bass and vocals, joined by world-class collaborators Joel Ison and Janelle Bernado.
Having shared stages with icons including Alicia Keys and Gregory Porter and most recently performing as the opening act for Beyoncé, the ensemble brings a sophisticated energy to every performance.
Their reinvented interpretations of well-loved classics and modern favorites span five decades, offering a fresh take on well-loved hits that feel both familiar and new.
The evening’s menu draws from the spirit of the Prohibition era, featuring tapas such as Gambas al Pil Pil, a Cajun-style sautéed shrimp with coriander beurre blanc, and Mushroom Tosta, toasted sourdough topped with Urgelia cheese, almond pesto, and pickled Fresno chiles.
