The evening opens with freshly shucked French and local oysters, celebrating the sea’s rich bounty, paired with a curated assortment of French bubbly and signature drinks.
Following this prelude, you will be treated to a selection of sushi and cold dishes, showcasing specialties like sashimi, nigiri, Blow Torch Dynamite, Wagyu Roll, Vegetarian Maki, and Seabass Ceviche, served buffet-style.
