Chef Benson Peng has flown in from Shangri-La Chengdu just for the ‘Taste of Shangri-La’, and will be lending his expertise to the exciting Sichuan Week plates.
Celebrated for his bold flavours and innovative techniques, Chef Peng masterfully balances the seven essential tastes of Sichuan—spicy, sweet, sour, bitter, fragrant, salty, and savoury. His signature dishes include Mandarin Fish with Vegetables and assorted Mushrooms in Spicy Chilli Oil and definitely showcase his ability to blend traditional ingredients with refined techniques.

Guests can enjoy an exclusive à la carte menu from the evening of 16 October onwards. This flavoursome menu will be available for both Lunch and Dinner.
