The hotel is hosting exclusive pop-up restaurant Pachamama by Eber Villalobos in homage to Mother Earth. And it’s only until 9 March, so time’s a ticking.

Following the Year of Sustainability, the pop-up’s name and ethos continues to reflect its commitment to sustainable, seasonal and responsibly sourced ingredients.

Curated by the masterful Chef Eber, Pachamama’s culinary philosophy is rooted in honouring Earth’s bounty, connecting diners to the land, and promoting mindful and responsible practices for a holistic and unmissable dining experience.

His passion for preserving authenticity and simplicity comes from his Peruvian heritage and cooking techniques passed down from his mother and grandmother. And it definitely reflects in the menu.

You cannot miss highlights including classics such as Tacos made with Plantain Tortillas, Ceverchi, and Empanadas – all infused with Peruvian influences.

With sides like Yuca, appetisers or De La Barra like Ceviche and Chef ’s Specialities like Parrilla on the menu as well, it is a culinary journey perfect for gourmands and adventurers alike!

Naturally, it isn’t a party without some signature mixed drinks, refreshing bubbles, mocktails and of course, El Rojo. Get sipping and soaking in the amazing vibes right here in

Abu Dhabi.

This pop-up brunch is just the spark your weekend needs. Get all your gang together and get going
