On Friday, 28 November 2025, Chef Belén Pracilio of Maté, Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel and Villas, will join forces with Chef Rodrigo Llanes of Asado Nights, Park Hyatt Dubai, to craft a seven-course menu showcasing the rich culinary heritage of Argentina.
This unique collaboration not only unites two exceptional culinary talents but also reflects the very essence of the Park Hyatt brand, connecting its hotels through creativity, passion, and unparalleled dining experiences.

“The menu will showcase authentic Argentinian flavors, thoughtfully curated to capture the essence of our culture, and each course will be perfectly complemented by expertly selected grapes to enhance and elevate every flavour.”
You will be treated to a menu celebrating Argentina’s most cherished flavours, paired with fine grapes and enlivened by a captivating live tango performance.
Highlights include La Costilla, Maté’s signature slow-braised short ribs; Vigilante, a dessert that embodies Argentine simplicity; and La Sobremesa, the soulful tradition of lingering over sweets and conversation.

Chef Rodrigo Llanes hails from San Carlos de Bariloche, Argentina, and brings over 26 years of experience from some of the world’s most renowned kitchens.
