From Monday to Friday, 4 pm to 7 pm, the restaurant brings the Italian ritual of Aperitivo to life. It’s a chance to transition from work to evening with style. You can enjoy enjoy a selection of cicchetti, octopus skewers, wagyu tacos, mushroom arancini, paired with classic Italian mixed drinks, handpicked grapes, or refreshing mocktails. The experience is relaxed but sophisticated, perfect for starting the night at your own pace. AED 35 per order (either food or drink) Every Sunday, Novikov turns into a soulful retreat. A live DJ and percussionist create a soundscape inspired by Latino and Afro House, offering a refined yet relaxed atmosphere to unwind before the week begins. It’s an unhurried evening, where music sets the tone, allowing guests to enjoy the food, drinks, and company in a mindful, enjoyable way. From Tuesday to Saturday, the restaurant’s celebrated La Dolce Nights continue, pairing live piano and vocals with a DJ. Whether dining indoors or on the terrace overlooking the city, the evenings combine energy and elegance, making them ideal for friends or couples looking for an elevated night out. Chef Alberto Dorigo focus on ingredient-driven Mediterranean-Italian dishes, crafted with precision.
