NIRI Abu Dhabi welcomes two talented chefs for an exclusive 50 Best Signature Session
Something seriously special is cooking at NIRI Restaurant & Bar on 1 February 2026 as the Abu Dhabi hotspot will host a one-night-only 50 Best Signature Session.
This event is bringing together two celebrated chefs for an unforgettable dining experience ahead of the Middle East & North Africa’s 50 Best Restaurants awards on Tuesday, 3 February 2026.
Fresh off its debut appearance on the Middle East & North Africa’s 50 Best Restaurants list in 2025, NIRI is pulling out all the stops.
Executive Chef Yasuyuki Takemoto will join forces with Chef Ali Ghzawi, the culinary mind behind ALEE in Amman, which proudly sits at No.13 on the 2025 list.
Together, the duo will present a playful yet refined omakase-style menu, created exclusively for this special evening.
Expect a delicious dialogue between Japanese precision and modern Levantine storytelling.

Diners will be treated to brand-new dishes that weave together NIRI’s beautifully executed yakitori, tempura, and sashimi with ALEE’s elevated take on Levantine mezze, all reimagined through a contemporary lens.
Think bold flavours, thoughtful techniques and unexpected pairings, the kind of menu that sparks conversation between courses and keeps guests guessing (in the best possible way).
The evening is presented in partnership with 50 Best, with renowned French caviar house Kaviari joining as the official event sponsor, adding an extra layer of indulgence to an already standout night.
This special dinner forms part of the 50 Best Signature Sessions, a curated series of exclusive chef collaborations taking place across Abu Dhabi from 31 January to 5 February.
In total, 13 Signature Sessions will be hosted at the capital’s most exciting dining destinations, offering diners rare access to once-off culinary experiences before the awards ceremony.
