And to beat the heat with some refreshing flavours, the café has unveiled its new Summer of Salad menu! Perfect for a hot UAE summers’ day, the salad menu has elevated dishes that incorporates fresh seasonal summer ingredients.
So what can you expect?
The Summer of Salad menu include Grilled Haloumi Salad with spiced orange vinaigrette, Lime Shrimp Salad with a lime coriander dressing, Summer Salmon Salad with a dill & lemon dressing, Beef and Beet Carpaccio salad to name a few.
All you need to do is head to the closest La Brioche and check out the menu, now available for savouring across the UAE until 31 August!
