Prepare to indulge in the art of mixed drinks crafting, as expert mixologists guide you through a series of thrilling and interactive sessions at Shangri-La Qaryat Al Beri, Abu Dhabi!
From April to June 2025, the Mixology Master Series will take mixed drinks aficionados on a journey to witness the artistry and innovation of world-class mixologists.
Master mixologists will present a world of flavours, techniques and presentation as they transform simple ingredients into liquid masterpieces.
You can attend ‘open-to-the public’ masterclasses conducted by these Mixology Masters to learn valuable tips and tricks.
Jackwing Yao

One of China’s most influential lady bartenders, Jackwing Yao will take over Al Hanah Bar on 9 April, 2025, as part of Mixology Master Series.

Bastien Ciocca
29 April, 8pm
A globally acclaimed bartender and entrepreneur, Bastien Ciocca will take over Al Hanah Bar on April 29, 2025 as part of the Mixology Master Series.
Bastien is the co-founder of the award-winning speakeasy ‘Hope & Sesame’ in Guangzhou, China. He will showcase his passion for innovative mixed drinks, combining modern techniques with traditional Chinese liqueurs to create an evening to remember.

Shingo Gokan
6 May, 8 pm
Global mixed drinks icon Shingo Gokan will take over Al Hanah Bar on 6 May for the Mixology Master Series.
Founder of SG Group, with acclaimed bars across Asia, Gokan brings his unique blend of Japanese precision and American style for a rare, immersive evening of world-class mixology.

The finale promises an evening of bold flavour, timeless technique, and the spirit of Italian hospitality.
