From 20-22 November, Michelin-starred Chef Caterina Ceraudo will host an exclusive three-night dinner series, showcasing her distinctive take on Calabrian cuisine at the acclaimed restaurant in collaboration with the 15th Italian Cuisine and Wines World Summit 2024.

The alluring five-course menu, boasting authentic Italian dishes, is an idyllic dining experience for guests seeking delectable cuisine with a side of sophistication.

Chef Ceraudo, who has garnered great recognition for her restaurant Dattilo, a Michelin-starred gem nestled on her family’s organic farm in Calabria, Italy, will present an extraordinary five-course tasting menu that highlights the depth and artistry of her epicurean philosophy.

Known for her sustainable approach to cooking and minimalist yet vibrant dishes, Chef Ceraudo’s cuisine harmonises traditional Italian ingredients with modern techniques, creating a delicate balance that highlights each element’s natural essence.

This exquisite menu is priced at AED 495 per person, and AED 595 per person inclusive of wine pairings, with each dish reflecting Chef Ceraudo’s refined approach that elegantly elevates the organic farm produce she most favours.

Head Chef Vittorio Nania will assist Chef Ceraudo to prepare the delightful dishes that blends expertise and passion. Running from 7pm, each night promises a fully immersive, multi-sensory journey for guests.

Inspired by her Calabrian roots, the evening begins with an Aperitivo di Benvenuto, featuring Sfogliatella Croccante, a crispy pastry filled with creamy Caciocavallo podolico cheese and pilchard, showcasing Chef Ceraudo’s skillful balance of texture and flavour.

The night continues with antipasti such as Ricciola, a delectable combination of amberjack fish with tomato coulis, mozzarella, capers, and olives. This is followed by Uovo in Camicia, a delicate poached egg served with Silane potato cream and black cabbage.

Pasta aficionados will enjoy the Gnocco di Ricotta di Pecora, a beautifully plated dish of sheep ricotta gnocchi complemented by roasted capsicum and spinach.

For the main course, guests will have a choice of finely-flavoured Spigola, consisting of bass with candied organic lemon and potato foam, or bold Cosciotto di Agnello, a tender lamb leg paired with artichokes, licorice, and Pecorino cheese.

The evening will conclude on a sweet note with Guazzetto di Arance Speziate, an elegant dessert with spiced orange guazzetto, yuzu chocolate, and meringue that beautifully captures Chef Ceraudo’s refined style.
