The MICHELIN Guide Abu Dhabi has officially launched its fourth edition, and the city’s dining scene has never looked more exciting.
With 56 restaurants now in the 2026 selection, including 11 new additions, the capital’s reputation as a global food destination is on the rise.
Among the newcomers are three new Bib Gourmand winners (for exceptional food at great value) and eight newly selected restaurants, each adding fresh flavour and flair to Abu Dhabi’s thriving gastronomic landscape.
One MICHELIN Star – retained excellence
Consistency is key, and these three Abu Dhabi icons have once again proven their culinary mastery:
Erth – A celebration of Emirati heritage, Erth transforms local ingredients and centuries-old traditions into a refined, contemporary fine-dining experience.
Hakkasan – The global icon continues to dazzle with its sleek interiors, sophisticated Cantonese flavours, and consistently flawless execution.
Talea by Antonio Guida – Italian elegance at its finest, Talea delivers artistry and warmth through perfectly balanced, ingredient-led dishes inspired by la dolce vita.
Each continues to deliver world-class cuisine with precision, personality, and unwavering quality, a testament to Abu Dhabi’s evolving fine dining identity.
Three New Bib Gourmand winners
Restaurants that balance quality and value, these new Bib Gourmand honourees showcase the city’s dynamic mid-range dining:
Bua Thai Café – A cosy Yas Island gem serving soulful Thai staples like chicken green curry and mango sticky rice.
3Fils Abu Dhabi – The beloved Dubai concept now brings its laid-back Japanese energy to Al Bateen Marina, complete with open kitchens and must-try desserts.
Goldfish – Chef Akmal Anuar’s Marina Mall eatery wows with generous sushi platters, Wagyu sliders, and vibrant ramen bowls.
Eight new additions to the MICHELIN Guide selection
Abu Dhabi’s dining portfolio grows richer with these standout newcomers, each redefining the city’s food culture:
Cipriani Dolci – A chic Italian escape at Marina Mall, blending dolce vita charm with elegant breakfasts, brunches, and signature desserts.
Antonia – Beachfront pizza perfection on Mamsha Al Saadiyat, serving hearty pastas, sourdough pies, and dreamy tiramisu.
Novikov Abu Dhabi – A stylish Al Maryah Island hotspot pairing Mediterranean finesse with live piano and impeccable service.
Villa Mamas – Bahraini chef Roaya Saleh’s Khaleeji-inspired dining experience, blending homely comfort with refined elegance.
