With gorgeous panoramic views from Observation Deck at 300, the highest vantage point in Abu Dhabi, or within the welcoming ambience of the Lobby Lounge, the delectable menu presents an array of artistic light bites.
Start off with Chef Palihakkara’s impeccable and healthy savoury recipes, including the likes of classic prawn cocktails, chicken salad and crab salad, and leek and mushroom quiche to name a few.
Bringing the finest French desserts to the table, Chef Bourgi then presents an irresistible selection of Parisian eclairs filled with homemade hazelnut paste, creamy Saint Honoré vanilla caramel, traditional apple Tarte Tatin, and more!
