Fouquet’s Abu Dhabi is delighted to treat you to a sumptuous Christmas dinner that’s inspired by the magic of Paris at Christmas.
Presenting a mix of seasonal French classics and ingenious contemporary recipes, the fabulous five-course experience promises to be a feast for all the senses.
Diners are invited to begin their elegant French Christmas experience with a selection of amuse bouche featuring luxurious foie gras terrine and onion marmalade, and velvety chestnut cappuccino with fresh truffle.
Showcasing the exceptional diversity of traditional French cuisine, guests are then treated to a delicate starter of lemon gambas shrimp with Alaskan scallops, guacamole, and Ossetra caviar, followed by a heartwarming main course of roasted chicken with morel mushrooms and truffle.
Concluding the experience in elegant style, diners are then presented with a lavish platter of French cheeses, followed by a sweet and beautifully decorated Fouquet’s Christmas log.
Enhanced with melodic tunes from a live singer, those in the mood for something a little different are also invited to dine à la carte.

This month, leading up to New Year’s Eve, Fouquet’s Abu Dhabi is pulling out all the stops to host an unforgettable and truly indulgent special dinner in the heart of the UAE capital.
Providing the perfect way of celebrating the successes of 2024, and saying ‘bonjour’ to 2025, the special Midnight in Paris set menu is sure to delight every diner.

This New Year’s Eve, Paradiso is presenting a special New Year’s Eve celebration that is sure to delight every member of the family.
Served à la carte, and designed to take guests on an immersive journey through Italy’s ‘la dolce vita’ lifestyle, diners are invited to take their pick from a wide selection of Paradiso favourites, and countdown to midnight against spectacular views of Yas Bay.
