Knead brings the world’s best pastry chef to Abu Dhabi this September for a delectable experience
PARTNER CONTENT: Abu Dhabi welcomes an extraordinary culinary experience this September as François Perret, voted the World’s Best Restaurant Pastry Chef in 2019, arrives at Knead for an exclusive pastry masterclass on 28, 29 and 30 September.
Best known for redefining modern French pastry during his decade at the Ritz Paris, Chef Perret created iconic treats like the “mille-feuille to go” and his perfectly balanced madeleines.
His innovative approach to pastry earned him international acclaim and a starring role in the Netflix series The Chef in a Truck, where he introduced gourmet French desserts to the streets of Los Angeles.
Now, for the first time in the region, Chef Perret will bring his expertise to Abu Dhabi in a three-day pastry masterclass at Knead.
Each day will feature a separate, hands-on session from 1-5pm, where participants will get the rare chance to learn directly from one of the world’s most celebrated pastry minds.
Open to professional chefs and passionate dessert lovers alike, the masterclass is priced at 800 AED per person on either 28, 29 and 30 September, with very limited seats available.
